Terms of use

These terms govern use of ORION Hospitality OS, operated by TROYANTECHNOLOGY SAS, tax ID 0993374929001, in Guayaquil, Ecuador. By using the service, the customer and its authorized users accept them and the applicable commercial agreement.

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use only the tenants, branches and functions assigned to them. Account sharing, unlawful access and attempts to bypass controls are prohibited.

ORION provides hotel operations, rooms, cash management, products, inventory, housekeeping and reporting under one monthly or annual subscription. Access may be limited when a membership expires or is suspended, subject to the applicable agreement.

The customer owns or controls the operational data it uploads and is responsible for its lawfulness, accuracy, user permissions, guest notices and legally required records.

Renewal can be manual or automatic when an enabled provider supports it. Payment processors and bank transfers are subject to validation, provider terms, prices, taxes and renewal conditions shown before confirmation.

We work to keep ORION secure and available, but maintenance, incidents and third-party dependencies may cause interruption. Features may evolve without materially reducing contracted service without notice.

ORION software, brand, interface and documentation belong to TROYANTECHNOLOGY SAS or its licensors. The subscription grants a limited, non-transferable right of use.
